LinkGather - WordPress URL Exporter



This plugin for WordPress shows you how to export the URLs for all your blogs posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

You can get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

When you have installed the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Step by Step Guide


A new menu item on the left side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

When you click on the Home link, this will take you to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links option to move you to the page that will display all of your blog sites published posts’ URL. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the export JetPack shortlinks links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post read more URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in CSV style.

Page Links


The procedure above is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of bringing back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins check here wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
